Zoglos Incredible Kebabs

This Middle eastern inspired savoury vegan Kebab will become your favorite.

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • A 300 gr. package of ZOGLO’S INCREDIBLE KEBABS
  • Skewers
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Green or Red pepper
  • Shallots
  • Zucchini
  • 2 Tabs Olive oil
  • Ready made Tahini sauce

Preparation steps:

  • Follow instruction on the package to prepare the Kebabs.
  • In the meanwhile, cut the vegetables in 1 inch pieces and place them in a bowl along with the whole Cherry Tomatoes and the olive oil.
  • Toss them in the bowl to get the vegetable all coated with the oil.
  • Skewer the pieces of the vegetables and grill them on an oiled skillet or in the oven.
  • Serve the Kebabs with the grilled vegetable and drizzle with Tahini.

Zoglo’s Incredible Plant based Kebab in a Pita Pocket with Israeli Salad and Tahini sauce

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • A 290gr Package of Zoglo’s Incredible Plant based Kebab.
  • Pita pocket.
  • Cucumbers.
  • Tomatoes.
  • Peppers.
  • Onion.
  • Tahini sauce.
  • Pickled cucumber in brine.

    Our home made tahini sauce:
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice.
  • 2 Crushed garlic cloves.
  • ¼ tsp salt.
  • ¼ cup water.
  • Mix all the ingredients and you will get a good tasting smooth tahini sauce.

Preparation steps:

  • For two servings you will need 4 kebabs. Follow the instruction on back of package to prepare the Kebab.
  • While you heat up the kebab prepare the salad and the tahini sauce.
  • For the salad you will need Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Peppers, Onion and Lettuce. Cube the cucumbers, tomatoes, Peppers and Onion and chop the lettuce and dress the salad with lemon juice, olive oil, salt & Pepper.
  • When the Kebabs are ready, you can lace the inside of the pita pocket with the tahini sauce, add some Israeli salad, one Kebab, some more salad and on-top finish it with some more tahini sauce.
  • Finish it off with slices of pickles or eat them on the side!
