Zoglo’s Asian Egg rolls

Great as finger food for parties and buffets.

These plant based Egg Rolls are great with Soya Sauce or sweet sour plum sauce and a side of sweet and sour cabbage salad.

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • A 400 gr package of ZOGLO'S ASIAN EGG ROLLS
  • 1 package of Shredded Cabbage (about a ¼ medium cabbage)
  • ½ Lemon juiced
  • Salt
  • Apple cider Vinegar
  • Sugar

Preparation steps:

  • Follow the instruction on the package for preparation of the Egg Rolls.
  • To prepare the cabbage salad, place the shredded cabbage in a bowl and sprinkle with 1 tsp salt.
  • With your hand toss and squeeze the cabbage till it becomes softer. It should taste rather salty.
  • Add the lemon juice and 2 tbsp of sugar and 2 tbsp of vinegar.
  • Mix well and serve.
