Vegan Wiener Schnitzel

A plant based version of this European favorite that is gaining more and more popularity.
Try it the European way.

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • A 300 gr. package of ZOGLO’S INCREDIBLE VIENNESE MEATLESS CUTLETS
  • 1 boiled Potato
  • Cole slaw or red cabbage salad
  • Lemon
  • You can substitute the Cole slaw with steamed Broccoli or green peas.

Preparation steps:

  • Cook a peeled and quartered potato in salted water for about 20 minutes.
  • Check tenderness with a fork.
  • While the potato is boiling, cook the Cutlet following the instructions on the package.
  • Serve the Viennese Cutlet with the potato and the vegetables and a wedge of lemon
