Golden Meatless Nuggets

Golden meatless Nuggets with a primavera pasta salad.

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • A 330 gr. package of ZOGLO’S INCREDIBLE GOLDEN MEATLESS NUGGETS
  • A cup of cooked Fusilli pasta or Penne pasta (reserve ½ cup pasta water)
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh veggies including red onion, carrots, broccoli, red pepper, yellow squash, zucchini and
  • cherry tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • 2 Tsp dried italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp fresh Parsley
  • ½ cup shredded vegan cheese (or Parmesan cheese for vegetarian)

Preparation steps:

  • Follow the cooking instruction on the package to heat up the Nuggets.
  • Cut up the veggies into smaller pieces and julienne the carrots.
  • While the Nuggets are getting ready, heat olive oil in a deep skillet over.
  • Medium-high heat. Add red onion and carrots and saute 2 minutes.
  • Add broccoli and red pepper and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add squash and zucchini and saute for another 2-3 minutes until veggies have nearly softened.
  • Add garlic and tomatoes, Italian seasoning and saute another 2 minutes.
  • Pour veggies into a bowl, add the pasta, drizzle with lemon juice (salt if needed).
  • And pasta water as you need to loosen as desired.
  • Toss in the shredded cheese and parsley.
  • Serve the nuggets on a plate with a side of the primavera salad for a nutritious meal.

Oriental Sweet & Sour dish with Zoglo’s Incredible Plant based Nuggets

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • A 300gr package of Zoglo’s Incredible Crispy Nuggets.
  • 1/2 red Pepper diced into large pieces.
  • 1 diced onion.
  • 2 cloves sliced.
  • 5 slices of ginger.
  • Sweet & sour sauce.

Preparation steps:

  • Sauté the onion, garlic and ginger in the oil for about 5 minutes and then add the pepper and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the Sweet and Sour sauce, mix well and cook for 10 minutes adding 1/4 cup water.
  • Bake the Zoglo’s Nuggets as per instructions on the package, when ready cut each Nugget in half add to the sauce in the pan.
  • Serve with cooked rice or cooked quinoa.
