Mixed Vegetable Patties

Great lunch or dinner solution, very satisfying!

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • A 300 gr pack of ZOGLO’S INCREDIBLE MIXED VEGETABLE PATTIES
  • A can of mixed beans , drained and rinsed.
  • ½ white onion, diced
  • ½ a cup cider vinegar
  • ½ a cup green beans chopped in 1 inch length
  • ½ a cup Red Pepper, diced
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • Salt and Black Pepper

Preparation steps:

  • Follow the cooking instructions on the package to prepare the patties.
  • In a small deep pot bring to boil the vinegar with the honey, onion, red pepper and green beans.
  • Add about a ¼ cup water to cover the vegetables.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes on low heat and then add the Mixed beans.
  • Lastly, put in the salt and pepper.
  • This salad goes great with everything and stores well in a glass jar.
  • Serve the Mixed vegetable patties with a side of chips and the bean salad.
