Broccoli Cutlets

This plant based Broccoli Cutlet is suitable for Vegans, Vegetarians and Flexatarians alike!

You can eat this cutlet as a main dish with a side of boiled potato and a salad and a vegetarian can use it as a side dish for a main dish of fish.

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • A 300 gr. Package of ZOGLO’S INCREDIBLE BROCCOLI CUTLETS
  • Potato
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Red & green peppers
  • Parsley
  • Green onion
  • Olive oil, salt & Black pepper

Preparation steps:

  • Peel and quarter the potato and boil it for about 20 minutes in a pot with salted water, covered.
  • While the potato is boiling heat up the Broccoli Cutlet as per instruction on the package.
  • While the cutlet and potato are getting ready dice all the vegetables.
  • Into a bowl, add a few chopped leaves of parsley and chopped green onion and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
