Where To Buy?
I wanted a meat alternative to pair with my Japanese curry and thought to try this product as a replacement for chicken katsu. It was a delicious substitute that hit the spot. Finding a restaurant that serves Japanese curry with a vegetarian cutlet is difficult, so I am glad to have this meatless option available for when I make curry at home. The cutlets are thin so be careful when cooking—I baked according to instructions and they came out crispy. They are easy to bite into or cut into slices. The macros are a little high but otherwise I'm a big fan and will purchase again!
Cutlets are thin, baked in oven according to directions. Once baked, oven turned off. Put tomato sauce and aged white cheddar slices on cutlets. Back into oven x few minutes until cheese melted. Served on bun with fresh lettuce. Very good, will buy again. Tasted like the real thing. Want to try other Zoglo products
Was pleasantly surprised by how realistic the cutlet tasted compared to a chicken cutlet! I didn't get the chance to try out the beef strips yet, but those are next on my list once we finish up the cutlet
