Vegan C.L.T. (Cutlet, Lettuce and Tomato)
Chef Pino's Vegan C.L.T. (Cutlet, Lettuce and Tomatoes) is guaranteed to be an H.I.T. for all those that try it!
1 Zoglo's Plant-Based Cutlet, from frozen
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 slices of Schar Gluten-Free Bread Multigrain
1 slice of Bel Nurishh Sliced Cheddar
1 tablespoon of Bel Boursin Dairy-Free Garlic & Herbs
½ tablespoon of The Preservatory’s Peach, Jalapeno & Tequila Jam
1 slice of tomato
For the Cutlet
Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat
Cook the Zoglo's Plant-Based Cutlet for 3 minutes on each side
Toast bread, spread the boursin on one side and jam on the other
Place cutlet, cheddar, tomato and lettuce onto one side and top with the other slice
