Ingredients

112 grams Zoglo's Plant-Based Shawarma, from frozen

2 large pita bread
-
3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon of sumac
-
½ teaspoon of fresh thyme
-
5 cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters

½ small red onion, cut in thin slices
-
½ teaspoon of sesame seeds
-
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

3 tablespoons of tahini
-
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
-
1 teaspoon of lime juice

Fresh thyme
For the Pizza
For the Tahini Sauce
For Garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
For the Pizza
Place pita on a baking sheet
Pour the olive oil into a medium bowl
Using a pastry brush, lightly coat each pita with a little oil
To the remaining oil, add the Zoglo's Plant-Based Shawarma, sumac, thyme and a pinch of salt and pepper
Mix well to combine and equally divide over each pita. Top with cherry tomatoes, red onion and sesame seeds
Bake in the center of the oven for 10-12 minutes
For the Tahini Sauce
Add the tahini, Dijon mustard, lime juice and a splash of water to a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well
To Serve
When pita pizzas are cooked, drizzle the tahini sauce over each pita and garnish with a little fresh thyme
