Directions
For the Dough
Divide dough into 6 equal pieces, approximately 120 grams each. Roll into balls
Dust the dough balls with flour and place into a floured container
Cover and allow the dough balls to almost double in size at room temperature (45-60 Minutes)
When time’s up, place a dough ball onto a sheet of parchment paper and stretch out into a 6-7 inch round flat circle. (My technique is to lightly flour the dough all around)
Place the dough onto the counter. Flatten the center and create an outer edge, using your finger, starting at the bottom and working your way to the top. Flip it over and do it again, popping any air bobbles that form.
If needed, flip the dough for a second time stretching it to make a perfect circle (almost perfect woks too!)
Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and spread it all over
Cut the parchment into a circle with two handles to help place it into the air fryer
Insert crisper plate and basket in air fryer unit and preheat to 390 degrees
Carefully lower the pizza dough into air fryer and cook for 3 minutes
Take out the pre-cooked pizza and flip it onto a board
Take out the pre-cooked pizza and flip it onto a board. The crispy cooked side on the bottom
Use a spoon to press down the center and reform the outer crust. (This is the key to a crispy fully cooked air fryer pizza!)
Do this for all the doughs. Add your toppings and cook for 4-5 more minutes in the air fryer
For the Sausage and Onion Pizza
Spread the pizza sauce on the dough, top with the sausage, onion, hot pepper flakes and cheeze
Place back into the air fryer for 4-5 minutes
Remove and garnish with green onion
For the Greek Style Pizza
Spread the dough with pizza sauce, top with olives, pepper rings, Daiya feta and dried oregano
Place back into the air fryer for 4-5 minutes
For the Grape Pizza
Drizzle the dough with olive oil and spread all over
Top with grapes, rosemary and season with salt and pepper
Place back into the air fryer for 4-5 minutes
Remove and drizzle with maple syrup
For the Margarita Pizza
Spread the pizza sauce on the dough, top with a few fresh basil leaves and the cheeze shreds
Place back into the air fryer for 4-5 minutes
Remove and garnish with remaining basil
For the Spicy Herbs Pizza
Drizzle the dough with olive oil and spread all over
Sprinkle with pepper flakes, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper
Place back into the air fryer for 4-5 minutes
For the Nutella Pizza
Drizzle the pizza with a little olive oil and spread all over
Place back into the air fryer for 3-4 minutes
Remove and spread Nutella all over and sprinkle with icing sugar

Notes: Have fun making your own pizza masterpieces. Just remember not to go overboard with toppings! Too many toppings make for a soggy and undercooked pizza
