A simple and affordable meal that is easy to make and rewards you with that childhood comfort!

Ingredients

2 Packs of Zoglo’s Pub Style Tenders

1 Tablespoon of Sugar

¼ Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
-
¼ Cup of Vegetable Oil
-
½ Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
-
½ Teaspoon of Fennel Seed
-
8 Cups of Cabbage (thinly sliced and packed!)

1 Cup of Carrots (thinly sliced and packed!)
-
½ Cup of Red Onion (thinly sliced!)

Salt
-
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
-
Plum Sauce (for dipping!)
Directions
For the Tenders!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place Zoglo’s Pub Style Tenders on a lined baking tray
Cook in centre of the oven for 12-14 minutes turning halfway through
For the Tangy Coleslaw!
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, vinegar, oil, garlic powder, fennel seed, salt and pepper
Mix well and stir in the cabbage, carrots and red onion
Serve alongside the tenders and plum sauce (for dipping)
