Ingredients
- 1 Package of Zoglo’s Incredible™ Pub Style Tenders
- 16 mini-waffles
- ¼ Cup of Maple Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon of Hot Sauce
- 1 Orange (zested and juiced!)
- Micro-greens (for garnish)[Optional]
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place theZoglo’s Incredible™ Pub Style Tenderson a lined baking sheet and cook in the centre of the oven for 10-12 minutes (be sure to turn halfway through cooking!)
Meanwhile, toast waffles and set aside
Place the maple syrup in a bowl along with hot sauces and a little orange juice and zest (be sure to mix well!)
Place the waffles onto a serving platter then drizzle a little sauce over the waffles
Cut the tenders in half and place them on top of the waffles
Drizzle more sauce over the tenders
Garnish with orange zest and micro-greens
