Ingredients

1 package of Zoglo's Incredible Cutlet, from frozen

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

16 Bao Buns
-
1 cup of sweet red chilli sauce
-
1 cucumber
-
2 carrots
-
4 radishes
-
1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds
-
Fresh cilantro
Directions
Steam the Bao Buns to package directions
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and cook the Zoglo's Incredible Cutlets for 3 minutes on each side
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Using a potato peeler, make long thin carrot ribbons. Cut radishes into match sticks
To Assemble
Cut the cutlet in half, widthwise, and place it into a Bao Bun
Top with a spoonful of sweet red chilli sauce, two slices of cucumber, a few carrot ribbons, a sprinkle of matchstick radishes, a pinch of sesame seeds and some fresh cilantro
Repeat until the Bao Bun is all stuffed and ready to eat
