Plant Based Chicken Pizza with Grapes, Rosemary and Honey

Cooking Time:  35 minutes   |  Servings:  4

Ingredients you’ll need:
  • 1 Pack of Zoglo’s Incredible™ Chicken Style Strips
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 1 Pizza Dough
  • 1 Cup of Red Grapes (cut in quarters)
  • 1 Cup of Green Grapes (cut in quarters)
  • 1 Small Red Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 Rosemary Sprigs
  • ¼ Cup of Parmigiano Cheese (freshly grated)
  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 3 Tablespoons of Honey
  • 3 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)

Step 1:  Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Step 2:  Heat a large frying pan with one tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat

Step 3:  Cook the Zoglo’s Incredible™ Chicken Style Strips for 3-4 minutes (be sure to toss occasionally!). Set this aside to cool once complete

Step 4:  Oil a large pizza sheet pan with one tablespoon of the extra virgin olive oil and stretch out your pizza dough. (this will help prevent air bubbles from forming!)

Step 5:  Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil all over the surface of the pizza dough and gently rub to make sure the surface is covered with some oil

Step 6:  Evenly scatter the chicken strips, red grapes, green grapes and onion over the pizza dough

Step 7:  Sprinkle with the rosemary and Parmigiano cheese, drizzle with the honey and season with salt and pepper

Step 8:  Bake in the bottom tray of the oven until crispy on the bottom and golden brown on the top (this will take about 15-20 minutes to happen!)
