Plant Based Asian Stir-Fry with Noodles

Cooking Time:  20 minutes   |  Servings:  2

Ingredients you’ll need:

For the Stir-Fry

  • 200 Grams of Instant Noodles 
  • 112 Grams of Zoglo’s Incredible™ Beef Style Strips (approx. ½ the package!)
  • 1 Small Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Stalk Celery (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Small Carrot (thinly sliced)
  • ½ Cup of Frozen Peas (be sure to rinse them!)
  • 1 Clove of Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1-inch Piece of Ginger (peeled and finely chopped)
  • 4 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil

For the Sauce

  • ½ Cup of Hoisin Sauce
  • ¼ Cup of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Lime Zest and Juice
  • ½ Tablespoon of Sriracha Sauce [Optional]
  • ¼ Teaspoon of Five Spice Powder

For the Garnish

  • 1 Green Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Fresh Cilantro


Step 1:  Bring a large pot of water to a boil

Step 2:  In the meantime, prepare the sauce by adding the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, lime zest, lime juice, sriracha sauce (only if you want to!) and five spice powder in a small bowl. Mix this well and set it aside

Step 3:  Cook noodles to package directions. When done, drain it and place it back into the pot

Step 4:  Add 2 tablespoons of the vegetable oil and approximately ⅓ of the prepared sauce. Mix this well and set aside

Step 5: Place a large non-stick pan or wok on medium-high heat. Once hot, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Step 6: Add the Zoglo’s Incredible™ Beef Style Strips. Toss this occasionally for 2 minutes!

Step 7:  Add the onion, celery, carrot then continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes

Step 8:  Add the peas, garlic, ginger then continue to cook for another minute while tossing

Step 9:  Stir in the remaining sauce and cook for another minute or so. When done, remove it from the heat

Step 10:  Place noodles in your serving platter and top with stir-fry

Garnish with green onions, toasted sesame seeds and fresh cilantro leaves if desired!


Pro-Tip:  Double the ingredients to make a 4 serving dish!
