Plant Based Nuggets on an Oriental Sweet & Sour
A 300gr package of Zoglo’s Crispy Nuggets
- 1/2 red Pepper diced into large pieces
- 1 diced onion
- 2 cloves sliced
- 5 slices of ginger
- Sweet & sour sauce
- Sauté the onion, garlic and ginger in the oil for about 5 minutes and then add the pepper and sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Add the Sweet and Sour sauce, mix well and cook for 10 minutes adding 1/4 cup water.
- Bake the Zoglo’s Nuggets as per instructions on the package, when ready cut each Nugget in half add to the sauce in the pan.
- Serve with cooked rice or cooked quinoa.
