Now you can have your cake and eat it too. Nothing screams Valentine's Day like the Nutella "Lova" Cake!

Ingredients
-
1/3 cup (55 grams) of semisweet chocolate chips
-
1/4 cup (57 grams) of unsalted butter
-
1/4 cup (50 grams) of sugar
-
A pinch of salt
-
1 egg
-
1 egg yolk
-
3 tablespoons (23 grams) of all-purpose flour
-
2 tablespoons of Nutella
-
1 teaspoon of unsalted butter (to butter ramekins)
-
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour (to flour ramekins)
-
Icing sugar (for decoration)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
Lightly butter and flour two small 6-8 ounce ramekins and set aside
Place a small pot with 1 inch of water over low heat and bring to a light simmer
Place chocolate chips and butter into a glass bowl and place it overtop the pot of water. (The bowl must be larger than the pot and it must not touch the water - this is called a double boiler)
Melt the chocolate and butter while stirring with a whisk. Add the sugar and pinch of salt, stir until melted
Take the mixture off the heat. Add egg and egg yolk, beating until well mixed. Add the flour and stir well
Pour the batter evenly into the two ramekins (be sure to reserve a few tablespoons of batter to go over top of Nutella)
Place a heaping tablespoon of Nutella into the center of each ramekin then cover it with the remaining batter
Bake for 10-13 minutes or until the edges are firm but the center is soft and just cooked. Allow this to cool for a minute or so
