A detailed guide to one of the many ways you can incorporate the Zoglo's 3 Mushroom Burger in your next meal!

Ingredients

1 Pack of Zoglo’s 3 Mushroom Burger
-
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
-
4 Slices of Mozzarella Cheese
-
4 Hamburger Buns
-
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
-
3 Onions (thinly sliced!)
-
½ Tablespoon of Sugar
-
½ Teaspoon of Salt
-
2 Tablespoons of White Balsamic Vinegar
-
6 Thinly-Sliced Celery Stalks (the inner leafy stalks)
-
1 Granny Smith Apple (thinly sliced!)
-
½ Cup of Toasted Hazelnuts (coarsely chopped!)
-
½ Cup of Shaved Parmigiano Cheese
-
3 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
-
2 Tablespoons of White Balsamic Vinegar
-
1 Tablespoon of Finely Chopped Dill
-
Salt (to taste!)

Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste!)
For the Caramelized Onions!
For the Celery Salad!
Directions
For the Caramelized Onions!
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan over medium-low heat. Cook the onions with sugar and salt for 20 minutes or until the onion is caramelized (be sure to stir often!)
Stir in the balsamic vinegar and keep warm until ready to use
For the Burger!
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook the Zoglo’s 3 Mushroom Burger for 3 minutes per side
Place the plant-based patty onto the hamburger bun and top with a slice of mozzarella cheese
Spoon on a generous amount of caramelized onions
For the Salad!
Combine the celery, apples and dill in a large bowl
Toss the mixture with the 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper
Top with toasted hazelnuts and shaved Parmigiano cheese
Garnish with a few dill leaves if desired

Notes: Make this meal vegan friendly by removing the mozarella and parmigiano or substituting it for non-dairy cheese!
