Mushroom Burger and Grilling Cheeze Platter
We just can't get enough of this Mushroom Burger and Grilling Cheeze Platter! This is the Zoglo's x Daiya collab you didn't know you needed!
1 package of Zoglo's 3 Mushroom Burger, from frozen
1 block of Daiya Grilling Cheeze Block
4 slices of thick cut rustic style bread
1 clove of garlic
Variety of tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground back pepper
Preheat the grill to medium heat and oil it to avoid sticking
Drizzle both sides of bread with olive oil and grill for a minute on each side
Transfer to a board. Cut garlic in half and rub one side of bread with the cut side of garlic. Set aside
Cook the Zoglo's 3 Mushroom Burgers for 5-6 minutes, turning half way
Cut Daiya Grilling Cheeze Block into 8 even strips
Lightly oil and grill for a minute on each side
Neatly arrange the burgers and cheeze onto a serving platter
Cut tomatoes and arrange on the platter as well
Generously drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Finish with lots of fresh basil leaves
