This will be the cheesiest meatless appetizer that everyone will love!

Ingredients

1 package of Zoglo's 3 Mushroom Burger (from frozen)

2 tablespoons of butter
-
1 tablespoon of olive oil
-
1 shallot (minced)
-
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
-
2 tablespoons of marsala or white wine
-
1 cup of grated gruyere cheese
-
1/4 cup of grated Parmigiano cheese
-
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
-
1/2 cup of sour cream
-
2 teaspoons of rosemary (fresh and finely chopped)

1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
-
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Finely chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Crackers, crostini, or tortillas (for accompaniment)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Heat butter and oil in a large saute pan over medium heat
Saute the shallots and garlic with a pinch of salt and pepper for a minute to soften
Add in the Zoglo's 3 Mushroom Burgers and cook while breaking up the patties for 4-5 minutes or patties have fullycrumbled and incorporated with shallot and garlic
Add in the marsala to deglaze pan. Mix until liquid has evaporated and set aside
In a large bowl, combine the gruyere, parmigiano, mayonnaise, sour cream, rosemary, cayenne pepper, a pinch of salt and pepper
Add in the mushroom mixture and mix well. Turn into a shallow baking dish and spread out evenly
Bake in the center of the oven for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling all around the edges and starting to brown
Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers, crostini or tortillas.
