You're sure to get plenty for 20 with this recipe! Our Incredible™ New York Style Franks are baked alongside a loaf of cornbread for a tasty southern inspired meal that can be enjoyed at any time of day! You definitely have to give this one a try!

Ingredients
- 1 Pack of Zoglo’s Incredible™ New York Style Franks
- 1 Can (398ml) of Navy Beans or White Kidney Beans
- ½ Cup of Barbecue Sauce
- ¼ Cup of Molasses
- 1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tablespoon of Hot Sauce [optional]
- 1 Small Onion (coarsely chopped)
- 1 Green Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Cup of All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup of Cornmeal
- ½ Cup of Sugar
- ½ Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
- ⅓ Cup of Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg (lightly beaten)
- 1 Cup of Milk
For the Cornbread
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
Lightly oil a 9 x 11 inch casserole dish
For the Franks
Combine the navy beans (or white kidney beans!), barbecue sauce, molasses, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if you’re using it!) and onions in the casserole dish then gently mix
Place the Zoglo’s Incredible™ New York Style Franks into the casserole dish by nestling them into the bean mixture
Cover with foil and bake in the centre of the oven for 15 minutes
Remove the foil and lower the heat to 400 degrees (At this point, the cornbread will be ready for the oven...keep reading to find the recipe for it!)
For the Cornbread
Grease a 9-inch round cake pan
In a medium bowl, add the flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking powder (be sure to mix this well!)
Add in the oil, milk and egg. Stir this until the mixture comes together and only a few lumps remain
Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake it alongside the franks and beans for 20-23 minutes (or until the top is golden brown!)
