Now I’m sure we’re all well aware of the stereotypical university/college student diet:
Mac and cheese, ramen and pizza (anything that’s microwavable really)
These foods tend to be the go to for students because of how easy they are to make and how cost effective they are. (Hey...A student has to eat somehow!)
While we certainly welcome the occasional cheeseburger and chicken nugget meal, eating such foods in excess can actually make a student’s life quite difficult!
You see...the body thrives on a balanced diet! (Our friends at NYU said so!)
A balanced diet can increase concentration, reduce stress levels and allow your immune system to work at its best!
Exams will come and go but your body's here to stay! Be sure to take care of it as much as you can.
That being said, we already know that plant-based foods can be affordable, super yummy and good for the body (Don’t believe us? Check out our Incredible Blog for the tea👀)
So...how do broke college students eat plant-based anyways?
Look no further fellow readers, the Zoglo’s Incredible™ Team is here to show you how!
We’ve scoured the interwebs to find 3 of the best vegan meals for university students on a budget!
